How to Download Database Data

1. Summarized downloading page

This page provides downloading interfaces for all files available in TIMEDB database, including clinical data, gene expression profiles, cell composition files from 10 estimation methods, subtyping files, etc. All data are categorized according to files types and listed in the table.

2. Database pages

We provide downloading links for files required in each visualization plot. For example, users can download cell fraction files estimated from 10 state-of-art tools required by "Dataset TIME Cell-type Composition Pie Chart" in the database overview page.

Users can also download overview data records from cancers, datasets, samples index pages, i.e. detailed attributes for datasets and clinical samples data. Specifically, for individual datasets, we provide downloading interfaces of all related files for the very project.

3. Task sumission pages

To facilitate users' convenient task submission, we provide abundant demo files for each analysis and pipelines. Users can download them both from tutorial helpers and file uploading modals. Those demo files will give users a general concept about required data format.

4. Workspace

Within workspace page, where users can check status and results of submitted tasks, we also provide downloading interfaces of task outputs. Users can easily download those files and explore in deeper detail about the corresponding analysis result.
